Free standard shipping on qualifying US orders. Production runs 10–15 business days from approved virtual proof. Rush production and expedited shipping available on most products.

Production turnaround

Most custom-imprinted orders complete production in 10–15 business days from the date you approve the virtual proof. Some products and decoration methods may require longer; we confirm exact turnaround on each quote.

Rush production

Available on most products. Same-day, 24-hour, 3-day, and 5-day rush options can be quoted at the time of order. Rush production fees vary by product, quantity, and decoration method.

Shipping methods

• Standard ground — Free on qualifying US orders · 3–7 business days transit after production
• Expedited (2-day, overnight) — Available at quoted rates per shipment
• Freight / LTL — Used for large orders or oversized cartons · quoted per shipment
• Will-call / local pickup — Available at our Virginia Beach facility by appointment

Geographic coverage

Continental United States: All 48 states. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories: Available at quoted rates. Standard transit time is extended.

International: Available on a per-order basis. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Quote required.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when each shipment is dispatched. Multi-carton orders may ship in waves with separate tracking. For named accounts, tracking can be routed to a procurement portal or copied to additional recipients.

Title & risk of loss

All shipments are FOB Origin (manufacturer's dock). Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer when goods are delivered to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for filing carrier claims for damage in transit; we provide documentation support. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
