Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders, communicate about quotes, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell customer data.
What we collect
- Contact information — name, company, email, phone number — when you request a quote or submit an order
- Order details — products, quantities, customization specifications, shipping addresses, billing information
- Communications — emails, phone notes, virtual proof approvals — retained for the duration of the customer relationship
- Website analytics — aggregate page-view counts and referrers (no personal identifiers tied to browsing)
How we use it
- To produce and ship your orders
- To communicate about quotes, proofs, production status, and shipping
- To send invoices and process payments
- To respond to support inquiries
- To comply with tax, audit, and other legal requirements
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer data to third parties
- We do not share customer artwork or branding outside what is required to fulfill the order
- We do not use customer data for marketing to other prospects
- We do not name customers in our marketing materials without written permission
Third parties we use
We share necessary information with:
- Manufacturing partners — to produce your order. Limited to product specs and imprint files.
- Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) — to deliver your shipment.
- Payment processors — for credit card and ACH transactions. They never receive product details, only billing information.
- Cloudflare — for hosting and security infrastructure.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses essential cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics cookies. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
If you are a California, EU, or other jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing jenny@huanggoodman.com. We respond within 30 days. Some retention is required by tax and regulatory law (typically 7 years for transaction records).
Data retention
Customer records are retained for the duration of the active relationship plus 7 years for tax and audit compliance. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use Cloudflare's enterprise security infrastructure for hosting, TLS encryption for all data in transit, and PCI-compliant payment processors. Internal access to customer data is limited to staff with a business need.
